   Dolphin Cove Swim School provides swimming instruction to children 3 to 18 years old with a five to one student-teacher ratio. Lessons are held in our indoor heated pool which maintains a temperature of 88° so as to ensure a comfortable environment for all students including those participating in lessons held by Infant Swimming Resource.

   Our swim instructors are trained here at our TWIGS KIDS facility and many also have training from other institutions such as the Red Cross. Our teachers are highly specialized in teaching children from those who are just becoming "acquainted" with the water, to those involved with advanced swimming leading to an opportunity to try out for the Dayton Raiders Swim Team!

   Dolphin Cove Swim School is divided into three basic instructional programs and two advanced levels along with our special TWIGS Swim Team. The first three levels are designed for "non-swimmers" through "advanced beginner" swimmers while the fourth and fifth levels are for students who are learning advanced and competitive swimming techniques. In all levels, students rotate between stations where instructors specialize in the teaching of a specific swimming skill. This use of stations ensures that all participating children are given the opportunity to learn and advance in each skill independently. Our partnership with the Dayton Raiders Swim Team allows TWIGS Kids students the opportunity to learn the skills and techniques early on that will give them a "head start" should they wish to join this nationally recognized and very prestigious swim team!

   Programs

	Level 1 Sign up for Level 1 if your child is a non floater.
	Level 2 Sign up for Level 2 if your child can do a front float and back float independently.
	Level 3 Sign up for Level 3 if your child can do the crawl arm stroke on top of the water for 20 feet.
	Level 4 Evaluation is required for entry into Level 4.
	Level 5 Evaluation is required for entry into Level 5.

*Aquatic survival lessons for children 6 months to 6 years old are taught by Infant Swimming Resource.

 TWIGS Swim Team

   The TWIGS Swim Team consists of swimmers who have mastered all of the skills taught in the previous programs.                                                                                                                                    Participants are instructed in new, more challenging skills by experienced instructors and compete with their teammates at meets held at the Dolphin Cove Swim School facility.

Only the highest tuition in your immediate family pays full price; all lesser tuitions receive a 10% discount.  

This discount also applies to the addition of a gym or swim class.
